Nathan specialises in marketing and selling residential homes and sections on Christchurch’s Southwestern fringe, including Prebbleton, Lincoln, Tai Tapu, Halswell and Wigram.
In 2013 Nathan joined the Chris Jones Team, this has given him a solid foundation on which his nearly 5 years’ experience is built upon. He thoroughly enjoys the area in which he works and is out there every day on behalf of his clients. “There are so many selling points. After 23 years in the media including 12 years managing More FM Canterbury, Ben has established a reputation for his ability to develop a rapport with people from all walks of life. His time in the media sales arena has also led to him having strong negotiation skills.

Currently employed by Bayleys Canterbury as an auctioneer , he is now starting to branch out and work with both vendors and buyers at the coalface. Ben has a strong work ethic, an outgoing personality and is willing to go the extra mile for his clients. In his spare time Ben coaches junior cricket having himself played first class cricket. He is married to Ginny and has 3 children Alice 20 Jack 17 and Sam 13. Ben loves spending time with family and friends and is known to enjoy the odd glass of pinot noir.
