A very good all-weather race system fans out from the dairy shed giving easy access to all 43 paddocks. The fencing is a mix of permanent and hedge on boundaries and mostly three and four wire electric internally and is generally in very good order. Farm buildings consist of a 198sqm lockable garage/workshop/storage shed with concrete floors and remote-control doors. Nearby is a 78sqm 4 bay gable shed with sliding doors.
