Glenn’s long and successful Real Estate Career in the Central Auckland Suburbs started in the mid-1980s. In 1990 he started the first Real Estate Franchise Office in Auckland which evolved into a dynamic office of experienced salespeople, consistently winning awards nationally and internationally, culminating with winning the World Champion International Office Award.

Eric and his wife Joyce along with their six children migrated to New Zealand in 2008. He qualified as an aircraft electrical engineer in the Republic of Singapore Air Force and continued to work as an aircraft electrical Engineer here in Auckland on his arrival.

He always had an aspiration of running his own business so after four years in the aviation industry he changed direction when he trained and qualified as a licensed water-proofing applicator, where he worked alongside numerous quality builders and developers ensuring their homes had “leak free” bathrooms, kitchens and decks.

This led Eric to want to become more involved with property. In 2013, he and Joyce completed their real estate examinations and joined the industry, successfully selling Real Estate from a Ponsonby office.
One of the skills that Eric brings to the business is always listening to his clients request which enables him to understand his buyer’s needs and requirements, which has enabled him to deliver excellent customer service.

Eric enjoys the personal contact and flexibility that Real Estate offers and with his outgoing personality he has the added advantage of speaking several languages, which gives him the confidence to assist new immigrants to find the home they have dreamt of. His desire has always been to facilitate people’s dreams.
