Peter has always had a will to win.
At college he was a national athletics representative and also excelled in rugby and tennis. He was a successful marathon runner and has coached athletics for many seasons at the Pt Chevalier Athletics Club.

Peter has two daughters attending Marist College in Mt Albert and who are both keen sportswoman.
