Jarred also has some great international experiences hosting guests for multiple years at a large surf resort in Indonesia where people from abroad came to stay. Well honed-in in the modern information technology world, Jarred is experienced in website building, video and photo editing as well as having an intricate understanding of social media.

A strong believer in giving back to the community, Jarred has been Vice President of the New Plymouth Surfriders’ Club and been on the Committee for 12+ years, running numerous surf contests each year for kids and adults, and helping foster junior surfing development.
