Richard is a driven and committed Real Estate agent with over 22 years experience under his belt. The last 16 years have seen him work as Branch Manager for Lodge’s thriving city office, now with 17 agents working alongside him. With Richard’s leadership the team regularly produces winning salespeople and top performing results.

Richard also continues to list and sell, and is a member of the Lodge Sapphire Club with a personal sales record of over $200 million. Both successful and experienced, Richard possesses a vast knowledge of the industry and is committed to putting in time and effort which is why he consistently produces top results.
Happily married for 32 years to his wife Monica, they have three children and two grandchildren. In his spare time Richard enjoys running and playing squash and is also an avid All Blacks supporter.
