Hi, I’m Angela Finnigan from Tamahere. My focus is marketing and selling residential and lifestyle properties in the Waikato region specialising in Tamahere, Matangi and Cambridge areas.

I have been Bayleys' top selling lifestyle and residential agent for the past nine years. My journey so far has been exciting and varied. I have been fortunate to have travelled extensively throughout Europe and the USA through my association with the sport of Eventing. During the 1980’s I lived in England and was lucky to have a horse that was good enough to ride at Badminton and owned the winner of Burghley Horse Trials.

My venture into real estate stems from a love of architecture along with a passion for interior design.

Born and raised in Taranaki, Peter Kelly comes from rural pedigree. He has owned several dairy farms and been involved in the livestock servicing industry for the past 15 years. Peter not only has an in-depth understanding of the needs of farmers, but long-standing relationships in the rural industry established over many years. His vast network of contacts will be a great asset to him in his new role as a member of the Bayleys Country team.

Peter has a genuine warmth for, and affinity with, rural folk and enjoys working with them. An affable person with brilliant communication skills and a highly professional business approach, Peter is well-respected for his ability to provide sound advice.

During his career Peter has gone from low order sharemilking, to 50/50 sharemilking, and buying his own farms with his wife Juliet. He has also worked as a livestock auctioneer. The Kellys currently reside in Te Kowhai and have a maize block on the outskirts of Hamilton. Having been involved in at least 10 property transitions, Peter knows what it's like to the on the other side of the fence.

The rural industry is in the Kelly blood. The family has landholdings in Taranaki and Peter's father was general manager for a livestock service company for many years. His daughter is studying veterinary science at Massey University, one son is a builder and the other has his sights on a Bachelor of AgriCommerce. The Kellys are actively involved in the Te Kowhai community where Juliet teaches at the local school. Peter, a former chairman of the school's board of trustees, has headed numerous fundraisers.
