After Janelle was raised in the beautiful Bay of Plenty she moved to Auckland after finishing at Tauranga Girl’s College to join the work force and to further her career. Janelle has vast experience in customer service after leading a team for an international appliance company.

Sales was the next step for Janelle when she became an Account Manager for a worldwide organization, she then developed a strong passion for creating relationships with her customers.

With Janelle’s adventurous personality she then joined the Superyacht industry as a Stewardess and Crew Chef where she travelled all over Europe, America and the Caribbean for eighteen months.

After returning home Janelle was excited to settle down in her home town and started a new role as Media Sales Consultant for the Bay of Plenty Times but missed the opportunity of building relationships with her customers.

Janelle is now thrilled to be starting her new career in Real Estate and is excited to be working alongside her mother Kay Ganley who has been in the industry for 14 years and is in the Top 20 Nationwide.

Being first comes naturally to Kay. In April 2004 she sold off the plan the first apartment sale for over $3million. February 2007 she sold an iconic Marine Parade property for just over $6million for re-development of five luxury beach houses of which 3 have sold. In 2009 she sold another prime waterfront property for over $6million.

A lifetime as a "self starter" prepared Kay well for the real estate career in which she has thrived since 1998.

Kay succeeded in the tough men's fashion retail business owning stores in Rotorua, Tauranga and Hamilton for sixteen years from the age of 21. During these busy years she brought up three wonderful children, now all working in Europe on the Superyachts.

Kay is a leader in her field with a wealth of knowledge of the local market and has enjoyed many sales of waterfront, beachfront and golf course properties. Kay has also been involved in marketing and selling multi-million apartment developments.
