Lynmore
Rotorua
Spacious Family Home
Nestled in a private spot amongst quality properties, this spacious, modern home is a much-loved retreat for family and friends. Beautifully presented throughout, the home offers contemporary living over two levels which creates great options for family life & visitors, for running a home business or for extra accommodation income.
Calming views of the lake and forest are enjoyed every day from the upper level and a sunny deck with a 'box seat' vista expands the living area to the outdoors. Bedrooms upstairs have nice outlooks and the master comes with a walk in wardrobe and ensuite. Downstairs, the large space includes a study and a living area that each flow out to a private patio plus there's a bedroom and bathroom, internal access double garage and loads of storage.
The enchanting garden is another lovely place to spend time in with so many beautiful feature plantings to admire and the added bonus of lime, mandarin, lemon and feijoa trees plus a veggie patch.
With the forest and lakes not too far away, this well located Lynmore property is both a peaceful retreat and a handy home base for action adventure - it's little wonder that extended family love visiting for the holidays.

Licensed Real Estate Salesperson (REAA 2008), Member of the REINZ
Born in Wellington I spent a good part of my adult life in Auckland where prior to Real Estate I owned and managed a painting and decorating company specializing in the restoration of old villas and bungalows in most of Aucklands exclusive suburbs.
I am married to Jacqueline who comes from Switzerland. Jacqueline is a Residential Sales Specialist in her own right. We have two young children. I also have a daughter currently living and working in Australia. Prior to settling in the beautiful Lakes District of Rotorua, Jacqueline and I married and lived for almost 3 years in Zurich, Switzerland. We moved to Rotorua in 1995.
People and houses have been the main focus of my previous occupation. Real Estate is all about people and I decided that a career in Real Estate would be a good move. Since then I've never looked back!
In June 2007 I was declared the overall winner 2006-07 for the Regional Real Estate Institute Award for the Waikato/Bay of Plenty and Gisborne District for residential sales with a population 20,001-70,000. The Real Estate Institute of New Zealand Award represents all Real Estate Companies and perhaps proves that bigger is not always better. We are all very hard working and never lose focus of achieving the best result for our homeowners.
