With a total of 4.25 ca/ha of Gold 3, title 1 includes 3 ca/ha of Gold 3 variety under license. Title 2 includes 1.25 ca/ha of Gold 3 under license and 3.11 ca/ha of Green kiwifruit. The Gold 3 is fully under Netpro canopy and irrigation is all in place with strip male layout, ideal for top pollination and efficient vine management.

The location is within a proven production area. The orchard has been fully pruned, tied down and mulched ready for the next season to begin. Shedding is excellent with a large packhouse shed with concrete floor, bathroom, and kitchen facilities, located in the center of the orchard. This could also be an ideal contracting base. Water for the irrigation is taken care of with a consented bore.
