With its own private driveway, both off-road and garage parking is available, including for a boat up to 5m. The beach itself is a 10-minute walk or a 2-minute drive. The safest boat ramps are a few minutes away in Bowentown and Athenree.

With nearby cafes, shops, and miles of beautiful coast, Waihi Beach remains a popular destination close to both the Coromandel Peninsular, and the Bay of Plenty region.
