Phil has been marketing Real Estate both here and in the UK since 1986 from the age of 19 and 26 years later remains totally focused on Real Estate excellence and the best interests of his clients.

In the UK Phil was a successful sales person and Branch Manager with the largest Real Estate Group in the UK. Managing one of the largest branches in the South East of England his Branch was into the Top 20 out of over 1100 Real Estate Offices. After managing a number of Branches, Phil was promoted to Assistant Regional Manager covering 9 Branches.

He has been with Lodge Real Estate since 2006 after moving to Hamilton with his wife Clare, a surgical nurse, and two young children who are now at Primary and High School.

Phil has a very positive and enthusiastic outlook and is passionate about Real Estate. In his own words " I pride myself on providing a totally honest approach and give maximum effort to ensure a happy outcome for everyone I work with".

Phils' business has grown on repeat and referral business and he markets Real Estate all over the City from his base at the Hamilton East Office.
