Looking for family fun times at the beach and remember the iconic kiwi bach. Well this is it!!
The Glinks Gully enclave of baches is very tightly held and rarely available as the properties pass down through the families.
Glinks Gully is on the famous Ripiro Beach which is 107km (approx) long and runs from Pouto Peninsula in the South to Maunganui Bluff in the North. A fantastic family playground.
This 1950s bach is perfectly positioned to take in beach and sea views while still being sheltered, the best of both worlds.
The open plan living areas flow to the North West facing deck, a fantastic place to sit and chill with a book or entertain family and friends. The two double bedrooms are both a great size and there is also a small craft room or office area. Downstairs is another space suitable for a studio or storage area.
This bach is a great find for those wanting to relax and chill out when living permanently or on holiday at the beach.
I believe in good old fashioned hard work and laughter along the way.
“What a privilege it is for me to have built an award winning business based on helping people achieve or move on with their dreams.”
With a keen and knowledgeable eye for design and architecture, Mark’s passion was always going to be real estate. He appreciates that every property is unique and requires an individual approach when marketing to achieve an excellent result.
Mark began his real estate path 20+ years ago, selling in Herne Bay, Ponsonby and Grey Lynn areas. Mark then moved to Titirangi and has sold properties out West ever since. He firmly believes there is a buyer for every property and it is Mark’s job to leave no stone unturned in finding the right purchaser. Thinking outside the square has resulted in 98% sales success rate. Being well-known in the industry and focusing on building long-term relationships with clients, many refer family and friends to Mark to sell their properties.
Mark is very proud to have successfully marketed and sold the “Brake House” in Titirangi, which is the most awarded contemporary home in the Southern Hemisphere. He also broke all records with a sale price of $1.8m in 2006 for a lifestyle property in Oratia, West Auckland.
When Mark heard Mike Pero was starting a real estate company, he started doing his homework and the more he looked into the opportunity, the more it felt right. Mark initially opened an office in Te Atatu, West Auckland but has since moved to Northland where he is living the rural dream with his partner out from Dargaville on the wild west coast. Mark is now listing and selling residential and lifestyle properties in Dargaville, Baylys Beach, Ruawai, Paparoa, Maungaturoto, Pahi and surrounding areas of the Kaipara.
In his spare time, Mark enjoys time with family and friends, art, motorsport, architecture and design, gardening, swimming, fishing, walking the dogs and exploring the gorgeous west coast beaches. We are so lucky to live and be surrounded by so much beauty in this unspoiled part of New Zealand says Mark.
