She was the founder of the ‘Herd of Cows’ Morrinsville Street Art community project which artistically placed 42 life-sized fibreglass cows throughout the town showcasing its history and heritage.

She has been heavily involved in the organisation and running of the local junior rugby club and is a founding member of the Morrinsville Junior Cricket Club. Nicki enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, sharing their mutual passion for all sports.
