A little bit about me:

A true Wellingtonion
I was born and bred in Lyall Bay, Wellington, educated at Lyall Bay School, Evans Bay Intermediate and had my college years at Rongotai College, where I was Head Boy in 1999.

After College, I went up to Wellington Teachers College and completed a Bachelor of Education Degree. I taught Primary School children in Wellington for 2 years before I headed off on my O.E. and taught in London for 3 years. I returned to New Zealand and continued to teach Primary in the Wellington Region for a further 5 years. So, after a ten year successful teaching career, I decided that it was time for a career change. I have a passion for property and it was time for me to act.

It has been a hugely successful change into Real Estate.
I am a multi award winning agent with over 155 million dollars’ worth of sales and after my first year I was rewarded with the ‘Rookie of the Year’ Award. In the last six years I have been presented with 'Premium Status' and 'Elite Status' which puts me in the Ray White Leaders New Zealand Top 10 Group.

Mike is proud to call Wellington home, growing up in the seaside suburb of Seatoun.

He has an in-depth knowledge of the suburbs and the many benefits of living in our wonderful city. This is particularly helpful when engaging with buyers, as being a born and bred Wellingtonian, he knows the suburbs intimately and can discuss the benefits of each area with the confidence only a local can possess.

With a passion for all things property from a young age, he had a successful career in building, renovating homes in the Wellington region for over 11 years. With the love of property in his blood, the move to Real Estate seemed inevitable. With an eye for detail, he has a vast knowledge of what makes a property really feel like a home. He understands all the hard work that property owners put into getting their homes up to a high standard and wants to help achieve the absolute best outcome for their sale.
