Rapidly realizing he had what it took to own his very own Real Estate Branch, lead him to step into a management role and he instantly became the L J Hooker Manurewa Branch owner at a very young age. Dylan’s exceptional leadership became a reality when he won 2011 National Franchise Owner of the Year.

Dylan decided at this stage it was time to grow and what better way than to open the doors of LJ Hooker Pukekohe, a few year’s later LJ Hooker Pukekohe has some of Franklin’s leading salespeople thrivingly winning national awards under Dylan’s leadership.

If two offices weren't enough, after meticulous analysis it was a clear vision for Dylan to birth the boutique office at LJ Hooker Karaka in 2015 and is enjoying the experience that comes with owing three flourishing LJ Hooker businesses. With now over 25 years of real estate industry experience he has knowledge and accomplishments that are truly a rare find.

Ena comes from a family in property investment, local business and also founding the charity organization 'Kura Cares' a non-profit foundation that seeks to assist her local community of Papakura and surrounding areas in South Auckland.
