Renovated Townhouse in Quiet Leafy Matua Street

Recently renovated throughout with contemporary flair, this easy care townhouse sits on a private rear site in a popular leafy Matua street, close to Fergusson Park, the beautiful harbourside walks, essential shops and the Matua cafe and Bowling Club. Fishing is a popular pastime for locals with a boat ramp only five minutes away. From the deck and living area you can enjoy lovely harbour and suburban views. A real bonus is the lift, ideal for future proofing and the new heat pump and ceiling fan are great for year round comfort. The master bedroom upstairs has an ensuite, as has the downstairs third bedroom. A third toilet caters well for guests, and the low maintenance garden with a garden shed and productive vegetable patch enables active owners to readily lock up and leave. The double garage has internal access and a recessed laundry with a functional benchtop. Opportunities to own a special piece of Matua like this are rarely available.
