We were fortunate to have Anny as our agent for the sale of our Pyes Pa home. As an experienced real estate trainer I thought I had a clue or two about how we would market it but Anny took an alternative approach and encouraged us to auction with a published reserve. The result was fantastic and we felt that we got the best possible price while still giving complete transparency to the competing buyers. Anny’s communication and support throughout the programme was fabulous. We were overseas throughout a large portion of the marketing campaign but we knew exactly what was happening. We even watched live video of the actual auction. Obviously an auction can be a little stressful as a seller but Anny kept things as relaxed as possible with her special humour and style. Job well done Anny.

I approached Anny a few months ago regarding the purchase of a property in the bayfair area. She was recommend by my sister who said Anny was good at what she did. I was firm in what I did and did not want in a house. In short Anny listened and consequentially showed me a house to my liking even though my plans had changed. her attention to my requirements resulted in a u-turn on my part and I bought the house.
