Hi Anne, I just want to thank you for the help and support you gave us with the Vancouver property. We were sad to miss out as we had been approved to go to $340,000...and when it stalled at $335,000 we looked at each other...but then it carried on up. We had been told to wait until it is just about to close before we bid so i was all ready to put my hand up! Your team area all so lovely and it is nice to be encouraged and supported rather than pushed like we have been finding. If you are seriously looking out for a good, hard working Agent, could I suggest that you use Anne Duncan and her team at Team Advantage. Her dedication and perseverance to accomplishing a satisfactory sale within the specified time was outstanding. Anne kept us informed regularly on all feedback, re. open-homes, adverts, flyers, signs and general interest shown over the period of the tender. The Tender system certainly worked for us. While not being so transparent it does provide advantages - e.g. we received seven bids in all. However, whatever market method you decide upon it will be followed through diligently by the team.
