She brings a wealth of knowledge to the real estate industry and is proud to hold the qualification AREINZ ‘National Diploma in Real Estate.’ With past experience in property development and property management as well.
Previous ownership of a successful company has resulted in a vast experience of providing excellent service, communicating and understanding people, imaginative marketing, negotiation, inspirational leadership and the ability to be objective with all parties.
Joy prides herself on being the sea-side specialists. She has lived in Redcliff’s/Sumner area for 21 years. She is passionate about the location and possesses a wealth of knowledge about past and recent sales. Although Joy enjoys the fact that NZ Sotheby’s offers her the opportunity to work in all areas.
Very much part of the community and into philanthropy. Joy has recently written a child’s book and donated $10,000 to Ronald McDonald House.
