This letter is to state that recently Linda and I sold two properties using the Professionals Whakatane as our agent. These properties were at that time rental properties. The rental properties in themselves to be made ready for the market, created challenges that were met and carried out in a very professional and efficient way. Linda and I thank all the staff at the Professionals in making that process work. In terms of selling the properties we could not speak more highly about the service that Chris and his wife provided to us in selling our properties. From start to finish the process was handled seamlessly and very professionally. Despite as stated before, some challenges that went with marketing rental properties in the current environment, Chris and the team from Professionals were very good at sorting out the appropriate things that needed to be done before the properties went on the market, then were excellent in advertising and promoting these properties. The diligence in chasing up any prospective clients was to be commended. The diligence in carrying out a number of open homes in a very time efficient manner was certainly most appreciated. In summary overall, our interaction with Professionals Whakatane and in particular, Chris Robson, has been one which we have felt very happy about. We would certainly commend them to others who may be considering going through the same process as we did. It is noted that Chris did little things like when the property came to the final sign off date and final inspection and a number of light bulbs were missing in one of the properties. He went out and he purchased some more. He put them in so that the settlement could go ahead. I think this reflects the way that he consistently went forward in trying to do the best for us and making the process for us vastly smoother. Once again we re-iterate our appreciation and thanks.
