Sales Management for almost three decades; and for the
past sixteen years has been successfully specialising in the
field of Inner City Residential sales and Project Marketing.

Catering successfully to offshore buyer demand,
specifically the United Kingdom, Fran recently
experienced one of her most rewarding years in Real
Estate writing in excess of $10 million to one of her key
UK investors.

In 2004, the highly coveted and prestigious New Zealand
Herald advertising award was presented to Fran,
recognising her innovative marketing skills and ability
to project to the public a unique insight and “vision” of a
property by the use of this powerful medium.
