Specialises in commercial and industrial sales and leasing and is familiar with all areas of the market, with focus on the Te Rapa and Frankton Industrial market in particular.

Personal Involvement in a number of commercial investments and developments and is able to give advice based on his experience.

Specialisation in provincial towns where he has been involved in approximately 70 sales with a total value of $55 million throughout the North Island.

Auction method of sale, with comprehensive marketing packages to achieve excellent results for his vendors. Over 100 properties sold through this method, ranging from $100,000 to $3million in value, with a success rate of around 90%. In the current market, marketing is proving to be more important than ever to achieve a successful result.

Outside of work, Andrew is an active individual who participates in a number of sports such as touch, cricket, soccer, rugby. He also competes in mountain biking, triathlons, adventure racing as well as having completed two New Zealand Ironman competitions, and the Coast to Coast.
