Roger Williamson

My wife and I, both in our eighties decided to look for a lifestyle/retirement village as we had no immediate family living in New Zealand. We just didn't have a clue how to go about it. By great good luck we met Roger Williamson of Harveys, in conversation we mentioned our hopes for the future, and our intention of moving to Whangarei and finding a place that we liked in that area.  We had heard of a place called The Palms but didnt know where it was or anything about it. The next day our front door bell rang and there was Roger with a folder that had all the information on The Palms Lifestyle Village, how to get there and for good measure, all the other villages in the area. After a visit to the Palms, we knew this was the place we really wanted to spend the evening of our lives in. We put our property on the market which sold in a very short period of time, and at a price we never dreamt of. Roger Williamson turned our dreams into reality, we can never thank him enough for what he has done for us. We unhesitantly recommend him to anyone who is considering selling their property, as we know he will go the extra mile for them.  Thank you Roger.

Just thought I would drop you  a line and thank you for all your  help in the sale of our property. I believe we could not have got a better deal and we are very happy the way things have worked out.We were a bit of a tough case to be honest, and I think over the last year or three we have got to know all the agents in Papakura,  and have attended numerous open homes possibly more than a number of the agents.But you were the only one who always followed us up. Never pushy but just enough to remind us you hadn’t forgotten us, Which to be honest no other agent did. Thanks very much for all your hard work.
