Richard Graham

Richard Graham is Bayleys Commercial Manager for the Bay of Plenty, Waikato, Taranaki.

Richards background prior to joining Real Estate is in Sales and Marketing and in addition to roles with Primedia, DB Breweries and Allied Liquor he has worked as Marketing Manager for Holden NZ and Corporate Marketing Manager for Farm Improvement Company LIC.

Richard has been with Bayleys since 2007 initially as Country Manager for Bayleys Realty Group where he was responsible for the Country and lifestyle divisions and was involved in a number of high profile sales including Hillend Station in Wanaka and The Crafar farms portfolio.

More recently Richard has been Group Marketing Manager for Bayleys and led all aspects of the Bayleys marketing operation including the Global program and contact with key worldwide affiliates.
