Dave McLaren

David first entered the real estate industry in 1985 and since then has been involved in various aspects of the industry, including the ownership of real estate companies and an involvement in property management. He holds a Diploma of Horticulture, Diploma of Business Studies (Real Estate) and is an Associate of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (AREINZ).

He has recently sold his real estate business in Tauranga to join PGG Wrightson Real Estate, as he believes it to be one of New Zealand's recognized market leaders in rural and lifestyle sales.

David has a farming background, growing up on a 400 hectare dry stock farm just out of Rotorua. Since 1988, he has owned and been involved in the horticulture industry in Te Puke.

David and his wife, Karen, reside in Te Puke and own an avocado orchard. He is a keen sportsman with a love of fishing and mountain bike riding.

David is keen to put his vast real estate knowledge, experience and skills into providing a high level of service with a high level of integrity to assist both buyers and sellers with all their real estate needs.
