Janet was our sales agent for a property which the company had acquired but wished to divest. We had received two valuations on the lifestyle property, one for $930,000 and another for $840,000. With such a wide margin between these and the presence of some negatives in the site (period of lack of occupancy and proximity to a landfill) we relied heavily on Janet's experience in the marketing of the property.
