So to me, these guys (Proppy that is) were the new kids on the block and I was stepping into previously uncharted waters, which as a seller I will admit, was a little bit scary. Proppy have a slightly different approach to marketing and formalizing sales agreements electronically, which is truly a first for me and I wasn't sure how it would work to be honest - it would have been more comfortable and familiar to seek the assistance of one of 'the other' real estate agents in town (who also wanted a larger cut of my investment I might add), rather than give some time to find out more about 'Proppy'. Well, after meeting with Jo and Jon all concerns were put to rest and I had no doubts that my property was in good hands and that this process would work, and quite rightly so! Thank you Jon and Jo for an amazing job well done and I congratulate you for providing a stress free, seamless process from start to end for both myself, the investors and the tenants at the property.
