Hi, my name is Darryl Hawkins, and I am among Hamilton’s most successful real estate agents.

After nearly 20 years in the industry, it’s a pleasure to be now working with Lodge from its Rototuna branch.

I initially got in to real estate because I got a good deal of pleasure in helping people secure their financial goals as they either entered, or looked ahead to retirement.

Of course the job soon became much more than that – I have since helped many young families in to their first home, while others I have given a helping hand in getting them their ‘dream home’. I also have a long list of investors who continue to rely on my experience, knowledge, and networks to help them progress their business.

I have references that cite my ability to inspire confidence among vendors and buyers alike, and, having sold more than 750 properties throughout Hamilton, this has enable me to pick up many industry awards along the way.

But it’s not the awards that drive me – rather it is first-class service. I very deliberately keep in touch with all vendors and buyers because I know these contacts offer the best source of referral. Each year, my contacts receive four market updates from me in the form of a letter, together with two personal phone calls.

I make no apology for leveraging off my satisfied network of buyers and sellers – having resided in the city for more than 50 years, I might add that I have a fair few of them!
