Easy purchase. Was an easy purchase. As the sale was an off-market sale there wasn't too much stress with purchase. When we sold our home Ming showed us various other houses but when we said we wanted a downsize property on one level, parking for the caravan plus preference to stay local Ming showed us the house we ended up buying.
