David Eden

Originally from South Canterbury, David has lived all over New Zealand and recently moved from Auckland to be part of Property Venture’s Christchurch team. David began his career in the aviation industry before moving into commercial real estate for Bayleys in Blenheim. His long-standing interest in commercial property investment saw his part time hobby become a full-time job. He found he loved helping people realise their real estate goals.
His ambition coupled with a keen eye for detail and strong work ethic are key strengths brought success in his previous career as a licensed helicopter engineer. These traits also hold him in good stead in the real estate sector.
Outside of real estate David makes the most of the Canterbury region enjoying mountain biking, water skiing and the stunning Cantabrian outdoor lifestyle.
