After our initial telephone contact with Joanna and Jon, we were attracted to the thought of 1.5%+GST fees. This would be a huge saving over the more regular route of Estate Agents Offices. Meeting with them, we were very impressed with their professionalism and total lack of "jargon”. Words don't say enough to describe what a pleasurable experience it was to sell our rental property with you. From the first enquiry you were responsive and thorough, meticulous in your detail and driven to ensure we got the best result possible. Ours was the first mono-lithlic clad (potential leaky syndrome) house you had listed and you researched the information about these properties, to ensure you were guiding your buyers well. So to me, these guys (Proppy that is) were the new kids on the block and I was stepping into previously uncharted waters, which as a seller I will admit, was a little bit scary. Proppy have a slightly different approach to marketing and formalizing sales agreements electronically, which is truly a first for me and I wasn't sure how it would work to be honest - it would have been more comfortable and familiar to seek the assistance of one of 'the other' real estate agents in town (who also wanted a larger cut of my investment I might add), rather than give some time to find out more about 'Proppy'. Well, after meeting with Jo and Jon all concerns were put to rest and I had no doubts that my property was in good hands and that this process would work, and quite rightly so! A big thanks to Jon and Jo for all their help in my recent purchase of a Tauranga property. They were super helpful people who made the whole process run smoothly from start to finish.
