Since joining the Team at Corinthian in October of 2019 from his previous role as the Chief Executive office of First National Real Estate his role has varied significantly. From initially as overall Manager and Real Estate Specialist he has taken over role as one of the Two Property managers, conducting the majority of property Inspections. As a fully Licensed Real Estate Agent he can offer unique insight to our Landlords into the vagaries of the Real Estate market whilst delivering a Property Management service borne out of years of establishing procedures for one of New Zealand’s leading Real Estate Brands. He also act as Licensee Agent for Acuate Invest, a Real Estate Company with a primary focus on Real Estate investment and Build to Rent off the plan particularly relevant given recent Taxation law changes.
