A hard working agent in a very hard sales environment I inherited my mom's unit in April and had listed it exclusively with another agent. That didn't work for me and we received no offers. I found myself in a quickly falling market with 3 times the number of properties for sale in that market than just 4 months previous. I moved to an exclusive with Jamie at Harcourts in July. We ran it as an auction which shook loose a few buyers, one of which did put an offer on paper. In September that I accepted. Jamie was professional and personable through the whole process.
