Barb Linton

One of the things that people notice about Barb is her energy and enthusiasm for getting the job done, and getting it done right! Alongside this, Barb has a wealth of skills and experience from her years in marketing, tourism, and compliance.

She prides herself on being honest, reliable, and diligent. Barb is a natural storyteller and can bring a marketing campaign alive. A well marketed property attracts the right buyers. And of course, matching buyers and vendors is what it’s all about.

After many years of holidaying in the Far North, Barb and husband Paul moved to the Bay of Islands in 2007 where they operated an award-winning bed and breakfast. They have two children and six grandchildren.

Through their children’s participation, Barb became involved as a swimming coach and referee. This led to her more than 20 years of involvement with Special Olympics – an organisation that Barb is passionate about.
