Lisa Zawitkoski bases her business close to home in the thriving Cherrywood precinct, but her clients employ her to sell their properties across all of Tauranga city. A longtime Otumoetai resident, Lisa worked in the property industry over 20 years ago and has been a real estate sales consultant since 2013. As a proud Eves 100 Club achiever, Lisa is admired for her warm manner in dealing with a diverse range of buyers and sellers, always working tirelessly to deliver the result they desire.

Although a Kiwi by birth, Lisa spent her formative years growing up in Canada and returned to New Zealand in her late teens settling with her extended family on a farm at Pahoia Point. The Bay of Plenty is in her DNA though and Tauranga has been home ever since. Over the ensuing years, she has raised her children here and engaged with numerous community initiatives. Three years as a visual merchandiser were followed up in 2000 with a role as a Senior Administrator in a property development company. She formally entered the real estate sales realm in 2013 with another local brand before joining Eves – first at Gate Pa and latterly in Cherrywood.

Her greatest strength is that she relates to people from all walks of life – putting them at ease. She consistently goes the extra mile and shares her years of experience, always giving honest feedback and advice to assist clients in making their best real estate decisions. With her aesthetic eye and visual merchandising/home staging background, she is well placed to advise on preparing a home to attract maximum buyer attention. Lisa is innovative, creative and goes about harnessing the best marketing strategies in her toolbox to ensure a positive outcome for her vendors. She also understands that although the process of buying and selling a home can be a serious business, her light and upbeat manner has a calming effect at stressful times.

Outside of work, Lisa loves spending time with her husband and two grown up kids. She is an avid SPCA supporter, devoted to her rescue dogs Lulu and Benson whom she regularly exercises around the local boardwalks and beaches.
