Jo Say

Arriving in New Zealand in 2004, Jo began her professional life as Head of Drama at Nelson College for Girls. After teaching, Jo went on to establish her own successful property development and life-coaching businesses. In the UK, she worked in the film industry as a First Assistant Director managing large teams and delivering complex filming projects.

Jo has travelled globally and is skilled in building rapport. Communication and practical problem solving are her superpowers, and she has a sense of humour!
Her eye for detail and seeing the full potential in a property has been consolidated through her studying photography and interior design.
Jo has a passion for sustainable construction, and she has also served as Chair of the Fairfield House executive committee.
She’s also a Big Brothers Big Sisters mentor and a keen supporter of local arts and cultural diversity.
A previous Ballet professional, Jo learned first-hand the discipline, dedication and work ethic required to succeed. It's these same skills that she’s taken to her real estate career, to ensure she produces winning results for her clients.
