Jethro specialises in residential and lifestyle property across Coatesville, Riverhead, Kumeū, Huapai and Waimauku, representing everything from premium lifestyle estates and substantial family homes through to contemporary residential property.

Having lived in Waimauku for 10 years before moving to Coatesville, where he now lives with his family, Jethro has a genuine connection to both communities and an in-depth understanding of the wider North-West Auckland market. This first-hand local knowledge gives him valuable insight into the different buyer groups, property types and lifestyle considerations that shape each area.

With an earlier professional background spanning banking, finance, business advisory and sales, including establishing his own successful financial advisory firm, Jethro brings a commercially astute and strategic approach to real estate where he has become a well-known and trusted name within the region. He understands that every property and every client is different, and places considerable emphasis on providing clear advice, strong communication and a carefully considered sales strategy.

Jethro also brings extensive personal property experience. He has renovated, improved, subdivided, re-aligned boundaries and sold numerous properties, giving him a practical understanding of where value can be created and how a property can be best positioned to appeal to buyers.

Outside of real estate, Jethro enjoys F45 training, skiing, gardening and spending time on the family lifestyle property with his wife and two daughters.
