Living and working in East Auckland has enabled Ian to accumulate a wealth of knowledge and a network of contacts. Achievements include:

National Premier Award for 2003, 2004,2005,2006,2007,2010 and, Executive award for 2008 and 2011. Ian has also
achieved more qualifications in advance real estate, achieving Top Student for the whole of New Zealand in the National Certificate in Real Estate 2008, he has also completed his Branch Managers qualifications. His latest award was achieved in the first six months of the year, (National Premier Award 2010) a fantastic effort.

Well, we have to be honest; we don't enjoy buying or selling houses and would rather be doing other things. Sometimes though for one reason or another people do have to move, and the difficulty always is to find a trustworthy, experienced, knowledgeable and reliable Real Estate agent. In our experience good quality unbiased professional Real Estate advice is difficult to come by, but we found Ian Taylor to have plenty of it, and what's more he was down to earth, realistic and had a wealth of up to date market knowledge.
