After eight great years living on our 'dream' rural property we recently made the reluctant decision to downsize. 16h June 2015: Debs Wallace was referred to us by a friend of ours who had dealings with Debs on some previous real estate deals. We had been considering selling our house but to be frank were still undecided. We spoke with Debs and expressed the view that we weren’t sure if we wanted to sell our property or not. Debs was fantastic. No high pressure sales speak, no inflated house value, simply down to earth honest advice. A week or so later we agreed to give Debs “a go“ so we signed a one month sole agency to test the the waters.
