The first time I met Anne and realised she was a real estate agent, I thought if we sell our property she would be the agent for us. How pleased we were with our choice! Our house was sold within a week of going on the market - just one open home. Anne was positive, friendly, professional, had a very clear vision and combined with a huge knowledge of Taranaki Real Estate, these attributes ensured a winning combination in the real estate industry. 23/10/18 To whom it may concern, I approached Anne to talk to us about our sale because over the years I had received many regular emails from her as would have many other people that have been to her open homes, the emails were not only factual and promotional, there was a strong positive thread to them and always an invitation to opt out of them if they were a nuisance, they were sent to help not irritate. Once the informal talks had begun I learnt that everything that Anne says and does is for a well thought out and logical reason, we could see she was speaking from a wealth of experience, also there is no time wasting, efficiency is very important to her. She asked if two novice agents could sit in when she made her presentation, explaining that as in any career the early days are the hardest and she wanted to help them learn the many things there are to learn in the Real Estate Industry. We are naturally impressed with this example of “looking out for others”, the presentation was easy to understand for us, following a logical path from the start to the end with very many questions answered and some laughs. It ended on a happy note and no obligation was asked for. We are very new to the buying and selling of real estate and were making some mistakes, Anne was able to help us understand these issues and stop a lot of wasted time and expense. It was very refreshing to be given a possible sale price and then to successfully exceed it, rather than having to be “conditioned down” from a higher price, for this and many other reasons I would recommend Anne to anyone who is doing anything concerning real estate, both selling and buying she has proven she is a very professional and supportive advocate for her clients at all times. 23/10/18

Despite purchasing a house over the busy Xmas/New Year period, Anne and team went out of their way to help with all aspects of our negotiations and nothing was a problem. We chose Anne because of her reputation but also her positive but realistic approach. We generally keep an eye on the local sales and often attend Open Homes always introducing ourselves as “just nosey neighbours”. If Anne was there, she would always respond with “nosey neighbours buy and sell houses too you know” and laugh and welcome us in. At the end of the day, love her or not, can she sell houses? Yes she can and in our case, far exceed our expectations! We rate the selling process with Anne and the A-team as painless, no non-sense, and in accordance with our instruction to the letter. We would and do recommend the A-team to others because Anne seems to clearly be in tune with the market, the people and the process involved in selling a property. To us, she is inspirational.

How did you choose Anne? We knew she had a proven track record in Oakura as we follow the market quite closely and know she had sold properties similar to ours so had a good client base to contact. What feedback do you have for us in regards to your experience with the selling process? We were extremely impressed with the communications and feedback we got. – We were informed every step of the way and even had a note left at our house after each open home so did not have to “guess” whether anyone turned up or not.We were always against the ‘No Price” marketing concept as when you are the purchaser it can be rather frustrating. However as a vendor it certainly does work in your favour as Anne said it would.Would you recommend the A Team to others? Why?
