PERSONAL PROFILE: IVAN KOULIN

Ivan’s extensive experience in the tourism and hospitality industries gave him the ideal background for a career in Real Estate.

Living and working in the central Auckland area since 1989, has further strengthened his knowledge and experience of the area.

Ivan has a diploma in tourism from the Higher Institute of Economics in Varna,
Bulgaria and previously worked as a tour guide in the Black Sea resort of Golden Sands, Bulgaria, followed by a position in Sandanski Hotel, Bulgaria where he was in charge of a tourist services office.

In 1989 he arrived in Auckland, New Zealand and was employed in different positions in the hospitality industry for a number of years. Throughout his career he has learned how important it is to listen carefully to clients needs, how to successfully solve their problems and produce the right end result.

Since 1995 Ivan, seeking a new challenge, has been a full time Real Estate salesperson where his success was immediate.

As in his previous vocations, his efforts are based on hard work, honesty, integrity and mutual trust.

Ivan is totally motivated and has the knowledge, discipline, energy, enthusiasm and tenacity to achieve results exceeding his clients expectations!

Most of Ivan’s business is now a direct result of his strong previous clients relationships and substantial referral base.

Being a bit of a linguist, his fluency in Bulgarian, English, Russian, French etc. has helped him to gain a market advantage.
