One of New Plymouths oldest grand villa's, this home is reassuring proof that classic styling can survive. Wonderfully restored yet still rich in colonial history. Polished native Kauri floors, ornate lead lights & draperies give instant atmosphere to this charming home with a sympathetic modern edge. Positioned to enjoy leisure or marine activities near the Port and beach. Beautifully landscaped gardens, even with room for your boat or small yacht. Rare opportunity to capture a piece of our city's history in a sought after location. Freehold Land.
Viewing strictly by appointment.
I joined the team at the McDonald Real Estate in September 2005, becoming the fourth generation of my family to join the company. Real Estate has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember and the opportunity to work in the company founded by my great Grandfather nearly 100 years ago is something I am very greatful for.
I am proud to be a born and raised Taranaki lad, although I have benefited greatly from the three years I spent in Wellington at Victoria University. There I obtained a Commerce Degree majoring in Commercial Law and Management. Whilst I enjoyed the city life the opportunity to return home and take up a position in real estate was too good to refuse.
Outside of Real Estate I have a range of interests that keep me occupied. I play rugby for my hometown Stratford and enjoy surfing, cricket and basketball to name just a few interests.
Working in an area like New Plymouth is great because families play a big part in the community, and there is a strong emphasis on family values. This has made it very easy for me to fit in and I look forward to further developing my relationship with New Plymouth and its people.
