For many years my wife Charlene & I holidayed in the Bay of Plenty with family, always with the idea we would love to live in the sunny north some day. Over 25 years later, that decision to move has proved to be right many times over.

Having always lived on lifestyle properties in the Pyes Pa & Oropi area, building a number of homes and both having a background in the building industry, we offer the benefit of commitment, honesty and experience that only a 30 plus year relationship can provide.

An active couple, with Bill having sports interests and building background and Charlene, a qualified dancing and gymnastic teacher, and proud parents of their adult family of two sons, and a daughter, all working in specialised careers. We have a gorgeous granddaughter, who we love having in our spare time!!!!!
