Since moving up from Hamilton in 1990 Jacques has been a Meadowbank resident having owned properties in Temple Street, Mara Street, Appleyard Crescent and currently in Remuera Road, Remuera. Kathy has been in the real estate industry for many years, most of them focused in Epsom, Remuera and the Bays. Many will recall seeing her face in the Mission Bay Branch but she is now based in the Remuera Office, as this allows her to be centrally located for the niche areas she focuses on and her clients who are spread throughout the Eastern
Suburbs and the City fringes.
Kathy takes her work and the responsibility of her clients extremely seriously. In building valued relationships with her clients, Kathy always puts people first as she believes that it is the only way to establish credibility and trust. “Listening to their needs is paramount and going the extra mile to get an outstanding result and making my clients happy is what I enjoy” she adds.
