Step inside to a well loved home offering the tranquil retreat of an elevated lounge which flows onto the deck from where you can enjoy birdsong and rural views. The homely modern kitchen boasts a large walk-in well set up pantry (a cook's delight!). Bifold doors connect the separate spacious dining room to a tiled patio and barbecue area. The bathroom and laundry have been cunningly combined to maximize space and the large double garage with workshop area has internal access.
On the lower level with separate access is a huge light filled bedroom and a small sewing room. There is potential here for conversion to a self contained unit, B&B, home office or connect it to the upper levels.

A short stroll to the lake, close to the school bus stop and only 5 minutes drive to Lynmore this is your chance to settle into the calm oasis of life at Lake Okareka .
Born in Wellington I spent a good part of my adult life in Auckland where prior to Real Estate I owned and managed a painting and decorating company specializing in the restoration of old villas and bungalows in most of Aucklands exclusive suburbs.
I am married to Jacqueline who comes from Switzerland. Jacqueline is a Residential Sales Specialist in her own right. We have two young children. I also have a daughter currently living and working in Australia. Prior to settling in the beautiful Lakes District of Rotorua, Jacqueline and I married and lived for almost 3 years in Zurich, Switzerland. We moved to Rotorua in 1995.
People and houses have been the main focus of my previous occupation. Real Estate is all about people and I decided that a career in Real Estate would be a good move. Since then I've never looked back!
In June 2007 I was declared the overall winner 2006-07 for the Regional Real Estate Institute Award for the Waikato/Bay of Plenty and Gisborne District for residential sales with a population 20,001-70,000. The Real Estate Institute of New Zealand Award represents all Real Estate Companies and perhaps proves that bigger is not always better. We are all very hard working and never lose focus of achieving the best result for our homeowners.
