The Greig family has been a resident in the local area for over 100 years, 14 of which offering real estate consultancy.

Chris has lived in Paremata for over 44 years, acquiring a great knowledge of the local area. During that time, Chris has been an active member in a number of sports clubs and enjoys squash, rugby, tennis, golf and windsurfing. Chris appreciates the recreational opportunities and way of life Plimmerton has to offer.

Chris has achieved a high level of sales success in the last 14 years consisting of listing and selling residential and rural property with over 70 million dollars of settled sales. This has been by the way of Open and Closed Tender, Auction and Private Treaty. Chris has also acquired his AREINZ real estate qualification within the real estate industry. Chris enjoys sharing his knowledge and experience to help people buy and sell their homes.

Previous to his real estate career, Chris spent a number of years in the banking industry which has taught him a thing or two about client service.

Additionally, with first hand DIY of refurbishing properties, and owning severely rental investment properties in the local market Chris knows what it takes to bring a pre-loved home up to scratch and the rewards renovating and investing can bring.
