Clive has worked in Real Estate sales for over 25 years and has attained full AREINZ qualification. He has extensive experience in selling farms, residential, lifestyle blocks, beachfront property, luxury apartments, commercial - you name it Clive has sold it! Auctions, Tenders, By Negotiation, Private Treaty. Clive has a full understanding and vast experience working with all types of property sales.

Born and raised in New Plymouth Clive attended Massey and Otago Universities, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1978. Since then extramural studies have included Real Estate stages 2 and 3 to attain Areinz qualification, Massey University studies include Land Economics and an A pass in Applied Valuation in 2009.
In 2012 Clive added Auctioneer to his credentials and skill set.

Clive is happy to market and sell any type of property in New Plymouth and surrounding areas for his clients. He managed the Opunake Office of TSB Realty for 5 years and the New Plymouth office of Taranaki Farmers for 2 years, selling and overseeing all types of property sales.
