17 years selling homes for a traditional real estate franchise throughout the Top of the South taught me many things. The most important of these is that Real Estate is not about property, it’s about people.

Treating people with respect, integrity and honesty and not like a transaction is the only way to achieve true success in business and in life.

Having sold more than 400 properties in my career, I got tired of generating profits for a corporate entity and decided something had to change.

Change Real Estate was born out of a desire to effect real change both in our industry and our community. 100% of our company’s profits are channelled back into our community through charitable organisations, fuelling positive change where it’s needed most.

I’m very proud of the unique agent collective model we’ve built from the ground up. We are bringing together established, successful agents who are seeking to take more control of their business while at the same time having a significant positive impact in their community.
