It's always so hard to write about ones self, so here is my latest from a recent sale.

I recently engaged Debs Metson of Bayleys Real Estate to sell my property at 57 Chaytor Street, Karori, Wellington.
I have nothing but the highest praise for the way Debs marketed my home, achieving the price I wanted in a limited time in a fairly static market.
I believe that the advice Debs gave me, as vendor, prior to beginning the marketing process was directly responsible for the fact that the property attracted three tender offers, all of which were acceptable. This advice included how to present the home to best advantage, and how to make sure prospective purchasers saw the value of the home at the same level I did.
It is clear to me from independent feedback that Debs took great care to interest and liaise with prospective purchasers, making sure that all those who liked the house were followed up and given every opportunity to make an offer.
I believe Debs’ personality has played a large part in ensuring buyers felt comfortable and secure when contemplating the expenditure that a house purchase entails. During the marketing period Debs was in constant contact with me, both by telephone and with written reports.
